Story:

Hello, my name is Ryan, I work in the Lilliput room here at Crossley Mill.

I’ve been part of the Crossley Mill team since 2014 and worked in another Childcare setting for 5 years previous.

I have my Level 3 NVQ in Childcare and Early Years, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding Children training.

Being the only male practitioner here at Crossley Mill, I feel I encourage different approaches to learning and play and provide a gender stereotype balance for all the children.

I’m also the fun one.
