Bobkins - Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Story:

Hello my name is Ryan, I work in the Bobkin room here at Crossley Mill. 

Ive been part of the Crossley Mill team since 2014 and worked in another Childcare setting for 5 years previous. 

I have my level 3 NVQ  in Child Care and Early years, Paediatric first aid and safeguarding children training. 

Being the only male practitioner here at Crossley Mill I feel I encourage different approaches to learning and play and provide a gender sterotype balance for all the children.

Im also the fun one.
