Story:

Hello, I’m Rosie.

I started working at Crossley Mill in April 2021, returning to work after having my daughter who is now 2 and a half.

My passion for working with children sparked when I volunteered in an early years setting whilst studying A Levels at college. I then went on to do a Level 3 apprenticeship at another local setting, where I worked for a year before going on maternity leave, unfortunately having to end my qualification early.

I have recently completed my Paediatric First Aid Training and I am now re-starting my Level 3 Childcare qualification!

I am really enjoying working at Crossley Mill and couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the team. My daughter now attends too and has settled in amazingly thanks to the caring and supportive practitioners in her room.

I am loving helping the Gulliver children learn and explore through play, and grow into fantastic individuals!
