Hello and welcome to Crossley Mill Nursery, I’m Jessica and I have been the Nursery Manager here at Crossley Mill since 2012. During this time, I have had the pleasure of working with not only a truly committed staffing team who strive to be the best, but groups of parents who pass through our board supporting our “not for profit” nursery in its growth and success.

Before joining Crossley Mill, I gained a wealth of experience through my dedication to early years as a practitioner in London working my way up to Manager, a role I have carried out now for the past 15 years and a role I love. As Manager I have the best of both worlds, as I can build relationships with all parents, spend quality time with the children observing milestones being achieved, and support individuals in their chosen career to flourish themselves.
