Lilliputs - Nursery Practitoner level 3

Story:

Hello, I'm Ella and I am based in Lilliput room. I started at Crossley Mill in October 2022 after finishing my level 3 in Childcare at Burnley College. Before starting my level 3 I studied art, as well as volunteering in a primary school on my days off college. This was when I decided I was interested in working in childcare. Whilst working towards my level 3 I carried out work placements in a nursery and a primary school reception class.
