Story:

Hi, I'm Dale. 

I have worked in childcare since 2017 and joined the Crossley Mill team in February 2023; currently working in the Bobkins room. During my time in childcare I have experience of working with all ages from 0-5; working in the baby room right up until the preschool room. I also have experience working in the out of school club with school children. 

I have a passion for working with children and helping to give them the best possible start to life. I really enjoy seeing the children grown from babies to being school ready.
