Story:

Hello, my name is Astrid, and I am based in the Babyroom. I joined Crossley Mill back in 2005 as a holiday cover worker and never looked back.

I have completed both my Level 3 BTEC diploma at Burnley College, as well as a degree in Childcare Education & Culture at Leeds University.

I am extremely passionate about childcare and take great pride in my job, knowing I am developing children’s abilities and as I work in the Babyroom. I am one of the first caring people to set them off on their journey!
