Celebrating Tibetan New Year

On Friday 16th February one of our families came in to share how they celebrate the Tibetan New Year.

This year was the year of the dog, the children sat listening to stories and traditional Tibetan music and then shared Kapse biscuits which were baked and brought in by the family.

‘Zaxideleg’ is a greeting of the Tibet language meaning ‘Good luck to you’

Sharing the love

Happy Valentines day to all our family and friends.

The children have had fun at their valentines disco, shared heart shaped cookies and created lots of wonderful valentines masterpieces in the creative workshops.IMG_8707
